How To Buy A Used Golf Cart
Written by John Kirzno on July 30, 2010 – 8:06 am -While you may have considered buying a used car or truck, how about a used golf cart? Besides being used on a golf course, golf carts are also popular at places such as campgrounds, construction sites, and retirement homes. And while you’d probably first consider buying a new model, you can also find a quality used golf cart. Here are some tips to help you accomplish that mission:
1. Determine how much money you’re willing to invest for repairs.
That includes exterior and mechanical items that need to be fixed. The good news is that exterior repairs, such as covers and seat cushions, can be easy and inexpensive to fix. However, mechanical repairs can be somewhat pricey, so consider how much you’re willing to invest for repairs. After some consideration, you might determine that a particular used golf cart isn’t worth the money you’d need to spend on repairs (including the cost of custom golf cart parts).
2. Try to negotiate a price.
How good are you at negotiating? One of the perks of buying a used golf cart is that you’ll have a better chance of negotiating the price, than you would when buying a new golf cart. While there’s no guarantee that the golf cart’s owner will be willing to negotiate, there’s a chance that he she might be. It’s worth a try!

Where People May Select A Boys Baseball Tournament
Written by Lavern T. Vaughn on July 30, 2010 – 5:37 am -It can be incredibly exciting for a growing boy to participate in a baseball team which travels around. From the end of spring to the beginning of summer, these baseball teams move around the United States, participating in tournaments. While these kinds of games are fun, they can also be highly competitive.
Here are some questions that you might want to consider asking:
What exactly will I expect to see covered under the player fee? Once again you need to see exactly what these fees cover, make sure to see if they cover baseballs, administrative fees, entry fees, uniform costs, and other types of costs. But the parents will always have to cover the costs of food/travel/lodging for them and their child.
You’ll see that there are different regulations and rules for every tournament. Different games may have different regulations about tie breakers, the kinds of gear which the players need to wear in order to be safe, the kind of shoes which must be worn, and even varied rules regarding sliding. Both your child and you need to accept that the coach will determine the position which your child will be used for in each game.

South Africa Must Keep The Rugby Ball
Written by Jon Hunter on July 30, 2010 – 5:33 am -After suffer yet another another loss away from home last weekend the Springboks must learn to keep the rugby ball in hand rather than kicking possession away. Their negative style of play sees them kicking the ball away too often; the last match saw the wallabies kicking the ball in touch 11 times compared to South Africa’s 16.
This tactical focus shows to vastly different approaches to the game with Australia playing fast rugby with ball in hand, compared to South Africa playing a more powerful, slow, kicking game which is more reminiscent of England’s style of play, than southern hemisphere rugby.
The style is causing the springboks numerous issues at the breakdown where they feel the need both to challenge strongly to turn the ball over, and also challenge illegally to slow the ball down. Many times in the match South African players could be seen lying over the ball or interfering at the back of the scrum.
This tactical bending of the rules which there kicking game enforces was responsible for a much higher penalty count against them, and the yellow card given to BJ Botha. Both of which were key to the final result the recent match.

Better Times For The Buffalo Bills
Written by Marc Freedman on July 29, 2010 – 1:57 pm -The Buffalo Bills are an interesting team. With so much attention being focused on the New England Patriots and the new and improved New York Jets (not to mention the defending AFC East champion Miami Dolphins – oh yeah, remember them?), the Buffalo Bills are being overlooked.
Trent Edwards is still a quarterback looking to “find himself” and prove he is one of the top quarterbacks in the league.
Trent Edwards looked polished and composed as the team’s quarterback, and seems to be more of a legitimate, reliable option with each passing week. Having thrown for 230 yards with 21 completions in 31 attempts, his 2 TD passes on just one interception were enough to win the Bills the football game.
The Bills play in one of the toughest divisions in football, the AFC East. The New York Jets are off to a fast start and the New England Patriots have Tom Brady.
If the Buffalos Bills are going to make any noise they must be more consistent on offense. As of now, they are in the lower half of the league in total yards and passing yards.

Clear Improvements By The Detroit Lions
Written by Joseph Archibald on July 29, 2010 – 1:57 pm -Many people thought it couldn’t be done — that is the dreaded 0-16 record the Lions suffered in 08′. Accumulating an 0-16 record was less likely than going 16-0, which the New England Patriots accomplished in 07′ just a year prior.
The Detroit Lions from 99′ — 08′ compiled an astonishing record of 48-112. If the Detroit Lions were in a European soccer league they would have been demoted to another level — or even disbanded the team and redistribute the players perhaps.
The most important position in football is the quarterback, the Lions are hoping QB Matthew Stafford will help the Lions reach a 8-8 or 7-9 record — which by Lions standards that would be a great season.
The offense of the Lions ranks in the middle of the leagues teams, the defense is among the lower half in all major categories. The division the Lions play in, The NFC North, doesn’t do them any good — the Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears are all improved from last season.
The Lions offense must not give away games and hand the opposing teams many turnovers. Rookie QB’s turn the ball over often throwing interceptions, Matthew Stafford must stay calm and make smart decisions, easier said the done obviously.

Are The Denver Broncos A Real Contender?
Written by Todd Liu on July 29, 2010 – 1:57 pm -Wow! After a disappointing 2008 campaign and one of the worst defensive performances around, the Broncos were looking pretty dreadful. On top of this, their star quarterback, Jay Cutler, demanded a trade, and their star wide receiver, Brandon Marshall, refused to play.
The 2008 season was a disappointment – while the Broncos have started out well, their strength of schedule is one of the most difficult in the league. If the Broncos go 8-8 it will be a miracle. As good as the 09′ season started for the Broncos, it can sink just as fast.
Denver Broncos Coach McDaniel is the youngest coach in the NFL, and his lack of experience hasn’t seemed to matter so far. The Broncos have looked great through two weeks. Even Broncos fans weren’t happy with the new coach in town.
WR Brandon Marshall was very close to leaving the team as well. While Marshall may be immature to an extent, there is no denying his on-field ability. No coach wants to lose their best two players before the team even takes the field.
