How To Buy A Lebron Miami Jersey Super Cheap
Written by Nick Mazzerati on July 17, 2010 – 12:15 pm -The King has made his decision. Ohio native Lebron James will pack up his bags and take his world-class skills to Miami and begin pursuit of a championship with his friends Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.
But whether you’re a long-time Heat fan or just a big fan of Lebron James you’ll probably need to get a Lebron Miami jersey.
Here are some money-saving tips for getting a great deal on a Lebron heat jersey before training camp starts.
Option No.1: Get Out Your Pre-Orders
So if you’ve got a few dollars to spend, and really want a high-quality Lebron Heat jersey then pre-ordering with one of the online retailers will be your best way to go. (I recommend Amazon because returns are a cinch–and you can usually get free shipping.)
Now you won’t have it immediately. (Manufacturers are just now working on putting the jerseys together.)
But for about 80-100 bucks you should have an awesome-looking jersey way before the rest of the masses do.
Pros/Looks great; You’ll be ahead of the pack.
Cons/Somewhat expensive; Might have to wait a bit to receive jersey.
Option No.2: Buy Yourself a Replica Shirt

How To Choose Golf Shoes
Written by Rhys Jones on June 17, 2010 – 6:31 am -Your swing may change with time, your accuracy and distance will improve with practice and strength, and you will become deadly accurate with a putter in time, but you will always do these things while standing on your own two feet and they can get tired.
So, your feet need to be quite comfortable, don’t they! Have you ever got a blister whilst walking or running? It’s all you can think about and it ruins your enjoyment of the experience of what you are doing. Don’t let uncomfortable golf shoes ruin your game of golf too.
This is one time when you shouldn’t let your natural tendency to save money make the wrong decision for you. You will be wearing these shoes many times over a long period of time and they should be thought of as a good investment in your game of golf.
Comfortability, not expense, should be your main concern when you are purchasing any shoes, not only golf shoes. Your foot should not move at all at the heel when you walk, but your toes shouldn’t feel at all constrained. Be sure to have your shoes fitted professionally and walk around in them before you actually buy them.

Basic Tennis Psychology (Part 1)
Written by Gail Jones on June 15, 2010 – 7:41 am -Tennis psychology is only understanding the workings of your opponent’s mind, and gauging the effect of your own game on his/her mental viewpoint and also understanding the mental effects resulting from the different external causes on your own mind.
However, it is true that you cannot be a successful psychologist of others without first understanding your own mental processes. Therefore, you must study the effect on yourself of the same thing happening under different circumstances. This is because you react differently in different moods and under different circumstances.
You must realize the effect on your game of the ensuing irritation, pleasure, bewilderment, or whatever other form your reaction takes. Does it improve your prowess? If so, go for it, but never give it to your opponent. Does it deprive you of concentration? If so, either remove the cause, or if that is not possible, strive to ignore it.
After you have properly assessed your own reaction to conditions, study your opponents to decide their characters. Like temperaments react in a like manner, and you can judge people of your own sort by yourself. Opposite temperaments you have to seek to compare with those people, whose reactions you are already familiar with.

Can I Buy My Son A Lebron James Lakers Jersey?
Written by Phil Avalex on June 1, 2010 – 8:25 am -People keep wondering which NBA team jersey Lebron James will be wearing in next year. The best question is what jersey the fans will have on next year? An even better question is what Lebron James jersey will kids wear next season?
There is a variety of choices for Lebron James to pick which NBA team he would like to play for next season. There is a free market for Lebron James to pick which team he would like to play for next season in the NBA. The New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets, Chicago Bulls, and Miami Heat all have a fine chance at obtaining Lebron.
There is a huge rush in the NBA of teams that are trying to find ways to get Lebron on their squad. Most owners and sports writers seem to think that it is all about the almighty dollar. The fans think that the franchise with the most money to offer Lebron will get him.
What most fans don’t know about Lebron James is that he wants to win a championship more than money. Every season that finishes with him running off the court in dismay has to be eating away at his heart and mind. Do not be surprised if Lebron James ends up playing on a team that people seem to think is far too out of reach, the Los Angeles lakers.

The General Psychology Of Tennis (Part 2)
Written by Gail Jones on May 31, 2010 – 8:43 am -The fast, erratic, net-rushing tennis-player is a person of impulse. There is no real system to his/her game, no comprehension of your game. He will make brilliant coups on the spur of the moment, mostly by instinct; but there is no, mental power of consistent thinking. It is an fascinating type of character.
The really unnerving player is the one who mixes his/her style from back to fore court under the command of an ever-alert mind. This/her is the player to study and learn from. He is a player with a definite intention. A player who has an answer to every problem you present him in your game. He is the most subtle opponent in the world of tennis. He is from the school of Brookes. Second only to him is the player of dogged determination that sets his/her mind on one plan and adheres to it, bitterly, fiercely fighting to the end, with no thought of change.
He is the player whose psychology is rather easy to understand, but whose mental viewpoint is hard to upset, for he never permits himself to think of anything except the business at hand. This/her player is your Johnston or your Wilding. I respect the intelligence of Brookes more, but I admire the tenacity of purpose of Johnston.

Fashion And Ladies Golf Apparel
Written by Rhys Jones on May 29, 2010 – 9:05 am -I picked up one of those ‘Golfing for Women’ type magazines the other week and got to asking myself where these women actually live, who wear the golf attire shown in women’s golf magazines? I have never seen women, not even the pros, wearing such expensive and flamboyant clothing.
It’s easy to spend lots of money fitting yourself out for golf. What with hats, sunglasses, gloves, shirts, shorts, socks, windbreakers and shoes, the costs add up very quickly, even if you do your shopping at the sales. Then factor in the cost of clubs, balls, bag, cart and fees and you have to play quite often to keep the “CPU” (cost per use) down to a reasonable level.
One half-page glossy advert showed a beautiful young ‘golfing lady’ in very tiny hot-pants (as if that’s allowed on golfing greens!) that cost nearly $300, a golf shirt at almost $600, a jacket by Ralph Lauren at almost $200 and two-toned Utuser shoes costing $400 plus.
That comes to about $1,500! I know that I could never hope to get the CPU on that outfit down to anywhere near a normal level in my lifetime! Don’t misunderstand me – I love clothes and I really love shoes, but could never afford, or even want, golf shoes or pants that cost more than most people’s weekly wage.

Choosing A Cycling Jersey
Written by John Cooper on April 24, 2010 – 12:13 pm -When you choose a cycling jersey you have to choose a technical fabric which wicks moisture from the body so you remain comfortable on your ride.
What is a cycling jersey? It’s a specialized jersey for cycling. While the vast majority of cyclists worldwide wear conventional clothing while riding, a jersey offers certain advantages for the serious cyclist. A cycling jersey is cut long in the back to accommodate the bent-over position used in serious cycling.
Any pockets on the jersey are placed on the back panel as front pockets would tend to spill. The zipper, on a men’s jersey at least, is often made very long so that the cyclist can open up the jersey when he gets hot. The cycling jersey is usually worn with a tight fit in order to reduce air resistance. Jerseys are made from a material designed to wick moisture from the skin, keeping the cyclist cooler and more comfortable.
Being a mountain bike enthusiast, I decided to take my lightweight aluminium beauty and go for a ride. Nothing really serious, just 5 miles, to feel this new jersey and test the fabric. This has been my worst performance and probably one of my most valuable experiences.

Tennis Basics
Written by Gail Jones on April 20, 2010 – 9:04 am -I expect that this, my first piece will be found useful by both novices and experts alike in the tennis world. I am trying to arouse interest in the student of the game of tennis by a somewhat lengthy discussion of match play, which I trust will cast a new light on the sport of tennis.
I will address the novice in my opening and write of certain matters which are second nature to the skilled player. The best tennis equipment is not a lot of good for the beginner even if he really is trying to succeed. However, one has to buy good quality; it is a saving in the end, as good quality material far outlasts poor quality gear.
It is important to always dress in tennis clothing when engaging in tennis. The question of choosing a tennis racquet is a much more serious matter. I do not advise forcing a certain racquet upon any player. All the standard makes are excellent. It is on the weight, balance, and size of handle that the real value of a racquet frame depends, while good stringing is essential to obtain the best results.

What Kind Of Shoes Do I Need For Bicycle Touring?
Written by Nancy Sathre-Vogel on April 7, 2010 – 3:11 pm -There are so many options when it comes to shoes and pedals for bicycle touring it can be confusing. Do you need cleats and special shoes? Sneakers and toe clips? What are the options anyway?
The first thing you’ll have to decide is what kind of tour you plan to do. Will you be on the bike most of the day? Or will you be out hiking and sightseeing a lot? Depending on your needs, there are advantages and disadvantages of each type of shoes.
Cleats: Many cyclists find they are more comfortable in dedicated, hard-soled cycling shoes. These are designed with rigid soles to transfer energy to the pedals more efficiently and cleats to hold your feet firmly on the pedals. You will be able to pull up as well as push down, using your entire pedal stroke to power your bike.
With stiff-soled cycling shoes, very little energy is lost to the shoe and the pressure you exert will be evenly distributed across your entire foot which is more comfortable in the long run. They also tend to last longer than other shoes in that they are reinforced in all the places they need to for the bike.
