A Profile On LeBron James Girlfriend

Written by Tom Poorker on July 13, 2010 – 12:24 pm -

The name Savannah Brinson might sound familiar to you if you have been paying especial attention to celebrity news recently, but if it does not then you do not have to worry too much. She is better known as LeBron James girlfriend.

The player is called King James by his supporters due to his prowess on the field. He and his girlfriend have been together for quite a long time and as it turns out they were together in high school. They work together in other aspects of their life as well and play a leading role in the LeBron James Family Foundation.

The partners have two sons. The eldest is LeBron James Junior and his younger brother is called Bryce Maxiumus. They are three years apart with the eldest having been born in 2004 and Bryce in 2007. There are now beliefs that the couple is expecting another child.

Those who go out with celebs will tell you that there can be a lot of pressure on them to make sure that they portray a certain image. But there is not actually that much about this couple on the internet and in the tabloids. They only tend to make the pages if they have been to some sort of function. It would be interesting to find out if they make sure that this happens or if it is just the way their luck has run so far.

The Pros and Cons of the George Sherrill Trade

Written by Nicholas McMillan on March 14, 2010 – 6:12 am -

Upon first hearing the news about the Baltimore Orioles and the fact that they traded their closer for two minor league baseball players, I was very surprised to hear the news. It really seemed like they gave him away for nothing in return. I knew nothing of Bell and Johnson, and wasn’t happy about it.

Fortunately, my mindset has shifted a bit since looking more into the players they received in return. Of course it would have been nice to have received players who can make an immediate impact, but Bell and Johnson both look like pretty promising prospects.

There was no point in trying to contend for a 2009 playoff run. Way too many teams stand in the Orioles’ way, especially the Red Sox and the Yankees, both over 15 games ahead of Baltimore.

It makes sense to build some more toward the future. The team certainly has some pieces in place (i.e. Adam Jones and Nick Markakis) to build around.

The Orioles will most likely lose 36-year-old Melvin Mora to free agency after season’s end. If they don’t lose him, he’s aging anyway and he’ll soon need a replacement.

All About The Steve Nash Rookie Card

Written by Laire Obaka on March 3, 2010 – 9:17 am -

Steve Nash rookie card, went from times of difficulty to joining a list of those who had made history. He became one of the 11 men that are the only one’s in the history of the NBA to win Most Valuable player, multiple times. He weighs less than 200 pounds and is 6 feet and three inches tall.

In his first two seasons playing with the Phoenix Suns, things were not the best for him. It was in 1996 that he had arrived from Santa Clara and was met with Jason Kidd on the team, who did quite well at that time. Within this time he averaged less than 10 points a game and three assists.

In 1998, he was traded off to Dallas. While playing in Dallas, his game took a turn to all-star status. In 2004, listed as a free agent, he decided to go back with the Suns. The Suns now, would and could not imagine playing without him.

Mike D’Antoni’s way of coaching provided the helping hand needed by Steve Nash rookie. He became one of the greats when it comes to shooting from beyond and getting himself up to the rip for layups. Shooting now at the average of 19 points and 11 assists a game; it was good for getting him MVP for 2004-05 and 2005-06.

Dirk Nowitzki Girlfriend Was A Sheep In A Disguise

Written by Joe Collins on March 1, 2010 – 8:31 am -

The press has had a field day with Dirk Nowitzki girlfriend news. Dirk is trying to keep quiet about the whole matter but the fact of the matter is no one else is feeding into his silence.

Apparently Dirk Nowitzki whom is a Dallas Mavericks star was actually dating a woman by the name of Cristal Taylor. Taylor is honestly nothing special; she is simply an ordinary woman that has been seen around the star from time to time.

Apparently Nowitzki bought 37 year old Taylor a $250, 000 engagement ring and the two were supposed to wed sometime soon. However, it was not a happy ending for the couple. In fact Dirk Nowitzki girlfriend drama began shortly after the star asked Taylor to marry him.

All of Dirk’s friends had persistently told him that before he made the relationship official with engaging in a marriage with Taylor he needed to do some investigating on the woman and dig into her past. Taylor never spoke of anything that she had done before meeting the star, so obviously this was a good move.

Learn How to Grow Taller

Written by Eddie Frank on February 15, 2010 – 8:27 am -

“We are what we eat” – This is the fact. If you are looking to increase your height and become tall, your answer is your diet. Why is diet important? Let us start with basics first. Our growth is extensively controlled by the growth hormones. Any student would be able to tell you that, hormones are made up of amino acids.

Amino acids are considered to be the building blocks of protein. So in order to get amino acids, you need to take in proteins. The consumed protein is broken down into amino acids, during digestion.

With that said, the secret to how to having a taller height is not to consume proteins in high amounts. Instead, (as what my doctor would always tell me) take food in moderation.

What food items are considered to be good source for proteins? Peanuts, red meat, eggs, fish.

But that’s not all behind the secret of how to grow taller.

Here are other things you need…

1. Calcium

You know as much as I do that our bones are made of calcium (another hint to how to grow taller), so it’s obvious that you need to have a healthy calcium intake so that your body has the starting material to build your bones.
